Step By Step Guide To Install Gear Profile Tolerances using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

fi``: Single Flank Working Deviation
Fi'': Two flank working deviation
fHa: Profile angle deviation
ffa: Profile form deviation
Fa: Total profile deviation
fHb: Helix angle deviation
ffb; Helix form deviation
Fb: Total helox deviation
fu: Pitch variation error
fp: Single pitch deviation
Fp: Total pitch deviation

All values are in microns.

After having the first calculation performed you can move along the different quality numbers available and compare the values.
The app can also save and share the middle column quality values.
