app Series (s) mHsec the NoiseAdVisor module developed 3R Brazil Environmental Technology developed to meet you with applications with an affordable cost, simple, clear and efficient in the area of health and safety (OHS), generating analysis and support tools environmental measurements and hearing protection efficiency analysis at work. It was designed by M.Sc Engineer Rogério Dias Regazzi, chosen and supported by Inova program talents CNPq / IEL Rio de Janeiro, adding technology companies and professionals as Rhuan Barreto developer of this app.
DEFINITION OF THE APP:
The NoiseAdVisor PPE is extremely easy to use for the evaluation of hearing protectors efficiency in working environment where they are applied to the prior art from the ISO 4869-1 and 2 and NIOSH standards. A practical tool and a CALCULATIONS MEMORIAL FOR EPI EFFICIENCY REPORTS. Required in legal proceedings to prove the adequacy and neutralization of risk agent in the workplace.
It is designed to meet the strong demand for knowledge and effective tool for recognized standard calculations corroborate the statements that PPE will be effective in the workplace. Complements occupational assessments agent noise and demands of lawsuits that highlight the need for technical reports evaluating the effectiveness of control and protection measures. Indispensable for inspectors, auditors, OSH professionals. Enables the management, audit and risk neutralization of evidence with the use of hearing protection.
The App uses 4 methods of PPE at work efficiency calculation, with the actual attenuation (PNR) and the level of sound pressure levels (SPL) in dB (A) without protection LA and LA' protection, with corrections recommended when selecting methods with reliability equal to or below 84%.
Overall Results:
LA: level in dB (A) heard without protection.
LC: level in dB (C) heard without protection.
LA': level in the protected ear, i.e. with PPE.
LA' RWF: level fixed protected ear (real-word-factor + 4dB), complementary to ISO 4869-2.
PNR: mitigation on site (LA-LA').
Normative methods of PPE Efficiency Rating:
OCT 84%: the 8th method according to ISO 4869-1, with a standard deviation and reliability of 84%.
OCT 98%: Method per second octaves called long NIOSH with two standard deviation and reliability of 98%
SNR 84%: Method simplified number to ISO 4869-1, with factor 84% reliability, informed by the supplier.
SNR 95% method for simplified number to ISO 4869-1, with factor 95% reliability, usually calculate.
NRRsf: Subjective method short of NIOSH, 84% reliability.
H M L: Method for high-band, medium and low frequency according to ISO4869-1. greater reliability than 84%.
It should be for the long NIOSH method, called octaves, enter the measured values of the source or environment in frequency octaves, along with attenuation values and standard deviation in the supplier EPI frequency, allowing calculate all parameters and results of standardized methods. If only consider NRRsf enter the value in dB (A) of the environment and global attenuation of the CA. To enter the SNR values in dB (A) dB and (C) environment, and the supplied amount of 84% SNR and / or SNR95%. For HML method is due, in this case, more recommended when using simplified numbers, entering the values in dB (A) dB (C) from the environment beyond those provided attenuation of PPE values in the highband , medium and low frequency H, M and L.
