RoApp is an application designed for psychology students and psychologists who wish to use Rorschach Psychodiagnosis.

Rorschach Psychodiagnostic is a projective technique based on the interpretation of "accidental forms." It constitutes a rich and complex test, widely disseminated and profitably applicable in different fields. It was devised by the doctor-psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, researcher and artist Hermann Rorschach (1884-1922), who formulating the simple question: "What do you see here?" Gave rise to the "psychological experiment" that would become one of the best tools for the psychodiagnostic that we have today.

RoApp consists of three parts: Presentation and instructions, Book and Test.

The Book serves to learn to administer the Rorschach Psychodiagnostic and acquire notions of classification according to the guidelines of the Rorschach Argentine School. It contains an Introduction, which provides information about the Rorschach and its creator; eighteen chapters dedicated to specific Rorschach topics (Answers, Position, Times, Contents, Location, Global, Details, White space, Frequency, Determinants, Form, Formal level and formal quality, Color, Movement, Claroscuro, Multiple determinants, Experiential formulas and Administration); the protocol of a case presented as an example (which includes Registration Sheet, Locator and Computation Sheet); a Glossary; a List of abbreviations and signs; and the Bibliography consulted for its realization. The chapters are divided into sections: Introduction, Administration, Classification and Computing. In the Introduction the topic to be discussed is presented and in the following three the different aspects to be taken into account in all stages of work with the Rorschach that precede the interpretative work are developed. The sections corresponding to the Administration explain what needs to be done at this stage, in which the examiner interacts with the examiner to obtain the test material (answers and information to classify them). The Classification sections show the process by which the characteristics of the responses are coded and recorded with specific signs based on five categories: Location, Determinants, Contents, Frequency and Observations. Finally, in the Computation sections, instruction is given about the calculations that are made to arrive at quantitative results that allow the evaluation of cases with statistical criteria.

The Test can be used to record the material corresponding to the Administration, classify the answers and complete the Locator.

RoApp resolves the computation sheet calculations automatically from the classification entered by the user, who can then send the complete Rorschach Psychodiagnosis protocol by e-mail for later editing (with Word), file or printing using a computer desktop (PC or notebook).
