After an unexpected success of my first book “Lucid dreaming (basic course) ” I got so many letters of wishes to continue it. Thus, the book which you are holding in your hands right now is a logical continuation of the first book and it is dedicated to advanced study of a nature of the Lucid Dreaming.

I really hope that this book will be helpful for the beginners and will not remain indifferent even the most experienced reader.


Introduction


I really do not want neither to teach someone (like many authors love to do) nor to write ridiculous things. For example, I am afraid to make a public statement that it is possible to change your lifestyle only within three days. Have you ever seen such a skilled person who will be able to change his lifestyle completely within only three days? I haven’t. Even the master of Nagualism – Carlos Castaneda many years inflexibly followed the path of the warrior to get close to his energetic body. Nevertheless some famous methodologists of “entering the phase” (another term of out-of-body-experience) claim that it is very simple: all you need is to time your alarm-clock on 6 a.m. and within three days you will be able to enter the phase!

Many people who have read in such books that astral projection is just a creation of the brain. And they are right because all they can reach is to study the results of their own psychical activity, tonal’s activity (Carlos Castaneda’s term).

Obviously you can motivate yourself very well and within couple of weeks feel astral projection but it is more connected with the new feelings of your brain but not with a real result.

The right practice of the Lucid Dreaming according to Carlos Castaneda presumes harmonic and step-by-step development of the energetic body. Later this developed body is able to move all over the universe and to have a contact with the physical objects of the real world. In his book ‘Tales of Power’ Carlos Castaneda describes unbelievable tricks of Henaro who created such a perfect dream-body that it was hard to distinguish it from the real one. And the possibilities of the energetic body comparing to the physical one in the everyday world is really unlimited.
