This program is an audio program that runs consistently, quietly spoken and are backed with soft music.

The aim of this Feldenkrais exercises is to train the body awareness through movement.

It is not about power but about to feel attentively his body.

This method is enrichment for the spine, a wonderful way to relax and of course simultaneous training for the body consciousness.

The Feldenkrais exercises were developed in the 30s by the physicist Moshe Feldenkrais.

A text example of the relaxation with the Feldenkrais clock "in the lumbar and pelvic area:
You lie comfortably on your back, your feet are placed hip-width apart.

Now imagine you, you lie with your pool on a large dial.

If you push your pelvis towards your feet, the pelvis is at 6 o'clock, if you shove it toward your head, it is at 12 o'clock.

Now move your pelvis slowly from 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock and back again.

Feel the different contact surface of your pelvis. You may feel like your spine, your back support your movement adapts.

This method is very good to understand for beginners and advanced. One can focus on this method is easy because all the time you will be guided.

Some of my students lie down therefor a small spelled pillow under the pelvis.

I highly recommend this relaxation technique also people who, for example, are very lively or restless and not easily come to rest.
