Content wise, you get ALL the content of the previous app but we've also added a beautiful guided meditation session for astral projection.This alone is worth more than those 2 cups of coffee. We've also added a couple of fun quizzes and few more cool stuff.

This Guided Meditation session is for those of you who like to experience an out of body experience, or 'Astral Projection'. There is a gentle soothing male voice whose aim is to talk you into a state of meditation and help you visualize yourself ascending out of your
physical body and up onto the Astral Plane. As he speaks, gentle relaxation music plays in the background to aid you into the ultimate meditative state, this continues long after he has stopped speaking, to help you stay relaxed, focused, and in your state of meditation on the Astral Plane.

This Guided Meditation is suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators alike and can be found in the AUDIO tab.The soothing male voice will guide you into your meditation over approximately 25 minutes, then will leave you to continue meditating with approximately another 40 minutes of the the soothing music.The idea is, once you are on the Astral Plane, you will feel the ultimate calm, serenity and peace .You will be free to leave any time you please and return back to this reality, this will be entirely in your hands, so totally up to you how long you stay there.

For best results, you will need to listen to this meditation through headphones, and during a time of day when you know you will not be disturbed.
