In this post, I am going to show you how to install A-Fib Calc on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install A-Fib Calc using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. The A-Fib Calc app offers a quick, accurate method of calculating the CHA2DS2-VASc score for atrial fibrillation stroke risk. CHA2DS2-VASc stroke risk grading system is an extended version of CHADS2 and includes additional stroke risk factors for patients who have been diagnosed with A-Fib.

Use A-Fib Calc to calculate the CHA2DS2-VASc score and determine stroke risk in A-Fib by inputting the appropriate responses to the following criteria:

- Age range in years

- Sex

- Congestive Heart Failure History

- Hypertension History

- Stroke/TIA/Thromboembolism History

- Vascular Disease History

- Diabetes mellitus

A-Fib Calc will then calculate the point total and display stroke risk information along with current recommendations for antiplatelet or anticoagulation therapy.
