The Natural Gas Properties app calculates thermodynamic and calorific properties of Natural Gas mixtures.

Calculated Properties:

- Molar Weight
- Specific Gravity
- Compressibility Factor
- Mass/Mole/Volumetric Lower/Higher Heating Values
- Wobbe Index
- Motor Octane Number (MON)
- Methane Number (MN)
- Hydrocarbon Dew Point @ P
- Hydrocarbon Dew Point @ 1 atm
- Water Dew Point @ P
- Water Dew Point @ 1 atm
- Water Content in ppmv

Basis:

Compressibility Factor, Density and Dew Points are calculated with the Peng-Robinson Equation of State (PR EOS). Heating Values are calculated according to Brazilian Standard NBR 15213 (Calculation of calorific values, density, relative density and Wobbe index of combustible gases from composition), which is equivalent to the ISO Standard 6976:1995 (Natural gas - calculation of calorific values, density, relative density and Wobbe index from composition).

Input Options:

Input options include mole and mass fractions/percentages, temperature and pressure.
Supported Systems of Units: SI, CGS and Imperial (English).

Output Options:

- Table view
- Shareable text report
