Emerald Miami, an analog 24-hour face, shows the rise and set times of all of the classical "planets" at the same time. The innermost ring represents the Moon, followed by Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and finally the Sun on the outside. The colored part of each ring represents the time interval when the planet is above the horizon. The light gray region for the Sun (which represents daytime) is reproduced on all the rings.

The rise and set times are those of the most recent event (rise or set) and of the next event for the same planet, not necessarily on the same calendar day as the present time.

The single hand shows the current 24-hour time (with midnight on top). A planet is currently above the horizon if the hand intersects the colored part of its ring.

In ambient mode, the same information is displayed, but with muted colors to save energy.

No network access is required; only the device time and location are used internally.
