Hand Exercises is an easy to use app which hand-wrist exercises occurred that you are doing right away. You do not need to remember the exercises. It is a professionally designed and well thought out exercise program.

The purpose of the exercises is to help as quickly and efficiently as possible to restore the hand-wrist function.

It is for people who have had a hand-wrist injury or surgery. For example, this may be a broken wrist or an operation for the carpal tunnel syndrome. It is about the group that received no training instructions from the practitioner or just a folder with instructions.

At present, there is an exercise program after surgery:
- Carpal tunnel syndrome

programs will follow for:
- Broken wrist (distal radius fracture)
- Trigger finger (tenosynovitis shorthand sans)

Later follow more programs for other diagnoses
The app was developed by a hand therapist and hand surgeon, both very well know how important it is for a good hand-wrist function to start early with exercise.

Begin handX is simple:
- Choose the correct diagnosis
- Choose the right side (right or left)
- Choose whether you still plaster / bandage

then:
- Automatically displays the correct exercise
- You practice one or more times every day, you can just join the exercises shown
- Exercise last only a couple of minutes and you can do it anywhere
- You keep track of your progress by checking off your exercise when you've done the exercise
