This book is dedicated to teach you how to depend on the word of God to win your battles. It is a manual of revelation that encourages believers to fight spiritual warfare with the sword of God instead of tool of labour. We are as powerful as the weapon of our warfare, but the word of God needs to be part of us before it can fight for us. What determines what the sword of God will achieve through us is what it achieved in us. How effectively and efficiently we use the sword of victory is determined by what the word of God made out of us. It will not be possible for the sword of God to achieve victory for us until we are conquered by it.
The burden of this book is to correct the ignorance that makes believers pray more and get little results. The reason why I wrote this book is to encourage believers to pray intelligently. It is not how long we spend in prayer that matters but how effectively and efficiently we pray. Shouting fire on spiritual resistance and challenges does not make God part of our fight. The reason why we must resist the devil constantly through the agency of the word of God is because we need to victoriously establish our God-given destinies. One of the ways to ignore our destinies is by avoiding battles we need to win through the sword of victory. Anybody who separates Himself from the word of God cannot be part of God. The reason why a lot of prayers we make are not efficient is because we do not get ready before we pray. Getting ready before prayer is far more important than praying. How God responds to our prayers is controlled by who is praying. Getting ready for prayer must involve reading, studying and meditating effectively on the word of God. All that the word of God achieved in us is meant to empower us to be victorious in our spiritual warfare.
