Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Sicuritalia Protection24 Persona is the service designed for your 24-hour security, wherever your cell phone service is operational in Italy.

Through the App installed, simply by shaking your smartphone, you can immediately send a Rescue Request directly to the Sicuritalia Operations Center, together with:
- the GPS coordinates of the location where the smartphone is located;
- the video taken by the smartphone camera;
- the audio captured by the smartphone microphone.
Protection24 Person, properly set, can also recognize if you fall to the ground with your smartphone on and there are no more movements. Also in this case a Rescue Request will be automatically sent to the Sicuritalia Operations Center.

Once the request has been received, the operators of the Sicuritalia Operations Center, active 24 hours a day, will notify the public emergency services.

The video and audio recordings received will be kept in compliance with the privacy law and, if necessary, may be made available to the Authorities.

Careful and conscious use of the APP is recommended, in order to avoid unjustified activation of public aid.
