I explain the exercises in a way that also you who have not previously familiar with meditation can easily be with. App contains lovely background music and guided relaxation with a focus on the breath. You can choose between three different lengths of guiding meditations, 5, 10 and 15 minutes, or you can meditate on your own with the relaxing music.
