Memory training in memorizing words consists in inventing artificial associations between the memorized word and the ESS element. As a result, your imagination and attention will develop. When memorizing numbers, use the word-number list along with the method of Cicero (the method of the Roman room) or the halls of the mind. The maximum number of numbers you can remember depends on the number of places.
It is better to develop memory a little bit each day. First make your verbal-numerical list, then learn it. And then proceed to the training of the brain. Choose memorization modes in training, the number of words or numbers. Need to start small. Select the number of elements to memorize equal to 10, and then increase. Over time, you can easily remember hundreds of numbers and words. And this means that you have achieved your goal - to develop a phenomenal memory.
