My Android Cryptographic Key Store, MACKS, is an app for the Android 9 and above platforms, that allows applications running on Bluetooth enabled Windows or Linux based personal computers to securely store and use asymmetric key pairs such as RSA or Elliptic-curve for digital signature or cipher operations.

MACKS may be used to perform private key authentication to an OpenSSH server via the SSH2 protocol using a number of available SSH2 client applications where the private keys are securely stored on the Android device.

MACKS may also be used for two factor authentication onto the Linux graphical desktop by extending the Linux Pluggable Authentication Module, PAM, subsystem to invoke PKCS11 smartcard logon with the RSA private key protected by MACKS.

MACKS has a programmable interface that exposes both a PKCS11 and a Microsoft CNG set of APIs, allowing custom applications to be written that may use MACKS as a secure key store and cryptographic execution environment.
