Test and train your knowledge of the 40-hour instruction according to § 34a GewO with over 640 questions.

In terms of content and level, the test questions correspond to the legal requirements for information, the guarding ordinance and § 34a of the trade regulations.

The topic content is based on the specifications of the BewachV and the framework plan in the currently valid version.

According to the Guarding Ordinance, the questions are divided into the following subject areas:
• Public order and security law
• Business Law
• Privacy
• Civil Code
• Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law
• Weapon handling
• Accident prevention regulations
• Dealing with people
• Fundamentals of safety technology

The number of questions is based on the number of hours required by law for the 40-hour instruction process. Subjects with a high number of hours are more numerous than those with a lower number of hours.

Important note: The test questions are not exam tasks for the proficiency test according to GewO §34a. The exam tasks have a higher level of difficulty with up to two correct answers. Supplementary courses and learning materials are strongly recommended to prepare for the proficiency test. The most important thing about the app: I can decide whether I want to work on the questions in training or test mode.

When I start the app, I am automatically in training mode, but I can switch to test mode at any time with just a few "clicks".
In training mode, just like with flashcards, I only see the correct answer.
In test mode, I decide on an answer and receive direct feedback. Alternatively, I can display the correct answer without attempting a solution.

I can decide how to design my test with each test run:
• I choose questions from just one, several or all subject areas. The orange tick next to the subject areas shows me what has been selected as "active".
• I test my knowledge in either Power or Order mode.

The power mode is preset when starting the app. However, I can switch to order mode at any time via settings.

Power mode: Depending on my test success, the questions are repeated more or less often. The incorrectly answered questions appear more frequently than the correctly answered ones. The questions are repeated until all have been answered correctly.

I can influence the probability of resubmission via settings:
1. via the "probability level", the intervals at which the questions will be resubmitted
2. The number of questions per test run via the "activation buffer".

Order mode: Here I can have the test questions displayed either in a specified or random order. I can also set this via settings.

What other advantages does the app offer?
Always up to date!
• Display of the current knowledge and processing status either per test run or since the first start of the app.
• Update of the question pool via "Synchronization"
• Parallel use of the app on all mobile devices I use
