HandicapX - Accessible toilets just a click away

Our vision when developing the HandicapX app was to make accessible toilets accessible anytime and anywhere. Today this vision is a reality! HandicapX offers a peer-to-peer network that enables people with disabilities to find and share accessible toilets worldwide. The app was developed by those affected for those affected and ensures that everyone has access to this important information.

Why HandicapX?

We people with disabilities face many challenges every day, one of which is finding accessible toilets. The HandicapX app makes this task easier for you. Thanks to our large community, you can quickly find accessible toilets in your area.
Over 25,700 accessible toilets worldwide are already listed in our app - and the number is growing every day! In addition to the locations, we offer you important additional information such as availability of the Euro key, emergency call options, automatic doors and e-wheelchair accessibility.

Our main functions

1. near me:
With this function, you can immediately see which accessible toilets are located in your immediate vicinity. A map or list shows you all locations within a radius of a few kilometers.

2. free search:
This function allows you to zoom in on the map and move the map section. All available content is automatically reloaded.

3. report toilet:
Expand our network by reporting new accessible restroom locations. Share your discoveries with other users worldwide.

New with this update: Filter search results

With the latest update to the HandicapX app, you can filter your search results on maps and in lists. You can only display public accessible toilets that have the Eurokey and are currently open.
