Centre 4 POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) on Windows Pc

Centre for POSH is an app based model for deep sensitization of employees and Internal Committee members, on sexual harassment per se, its prevention and redressal. The tech model not only act as a sensitization model but on the same time empowers employees to take quiz, ask queries without approaching anyone from company, file formal complaint or anonymous complaint, record evidences, share location in distress situations, share and read stories about sexual harassment instances.

C4P aim to address the following key issues:

PROPER SENSITIZATION:
We have ideated a solution where content can be accessed by employees 24x7 so learning becomes convenient. The Content is created in such a manner so that the employees can read and abstract the knowledge in best possible manner. Employee can either read the content or listen the same as per their convenience. Learning through Interactive video and case studies method has also been adopted.

QUIZ FOR EMPLOYEES:
A well thought structure of putting across the quiz section where 10 questions are asked from a repository of hundreds of questions and employees are only given 10 seconds to answer each question. This ensure proper sensitization process being adhered to by the companies.

QUERIES OF EMPLOYEES:
We ideated a section where employees can ask all their queries which they are not able to ask from their colleagues or HR or internal committee. Employees can even attach document like massages, WhatsApp texts, screenshots, along with their queries. All queries shall be answered by our expert panel team within specific turnaround time.

COMPLAINT SECTION:
This is one of the most important feature of all by Centre 4 POSH. We address these concerns by providing complaint filing feature within the app. Employees can file complaints by revealing their identity (treated as formal complaint) or file an complaint ANONYMOUSLY (not registered as a formal complaint but taken note of by HR/IC) which is addressed through an internal setup formulated by us. We have also integrated a web based Panel for HR to deal with such complaints, so that they can provide redressal to those victims by taking necessary actions.

SOS FEATURE:
We have also provided an SoS feature within the app which can be accessed by the employees at the time of emergency. This feature will help employees to provide their exact location to their closed/trusted people along with video recording (optional), which can help them in such any critical situation. This feature also helps victim record evidences for a sexual harassment instance which occur frequently with them.

MY STORY:
This section allows the victim and survivors to share their experiences from the app, which builds confidence amongst employees to speak up and find courage to discuss the said issue.
