A former university professor at the Tokyo District Court, Seijiro Sekimoto, said he had information about the incident, so he was specially moved to the C village branch detention center.
Sekimoto will be in charge of the Special Police Department (common name: Tora Section), which is the window department of the station to which the main character, Yuki Hojo belongs. Sekimoto, who confirmed the incident materials, said with full confidence.

This incident is the work of the urban legendary monster “Blindman”.
