In this post, I am going to show you how to install iGCCheckIn on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install iGCCheckIn using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "iGCCheckIn" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

How to install iGCCheckIn on Windows PC using NoxPlayer

  1. Download & Install NoxPlayer at: https://www.bignox.com. The installation is easy to carry out.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file to the NoxPlayer interface and drop it to install
  3. The installation process will take place quickly. After successful installation, you can find "iGCCheckIn" on the home screen of NoxPlayer, just click to open it.

The iGCCheckIn app helps you in times that you need to connect with yourself or another. Using the model of nonviolent communication, you will gradually become aware of what you've seen, what you feel, what you need and what you could do to achieve this.

Connect with yourself is the key to effectively deal with all the triggers that are coming at us in everyday life. It does not matter whether these triggers now have a business or personal background and whether you experience them as pleasant or unpleasant.

So whether you are from and you better get you experience stress, someone says, "the way I am now ..." or a fellow road user in such a way to insert his car that you are forced to brake; in all these situations is connecting with yourself in order to transform struggle and stress into harmony and inner peace.

A Check-in is still standing / sitting in what is alive in you and create that way connection with yourself. The intention of the creators of the 'Check-In app would love to contribute to your connection with yourself by support at times when you:
- A vicious circle of recurring thoughts (worry) like steps
- Brightness want to talk about why something hits you and you can do it yourself
- You judge yourself and others want to translate in space giving feelings and needs

Using the NVC ™ model of Nonviolent Communication ™ (NVC), the colors of the NVC Dance Floors and pictures of giraffes traum project, the NVC Check-In app gradually increases your awareness of what you observe, what feelings you experience, which need be completed or not, and what you could do in this situation.

The following buttons help you here:
- Press (repeatedly) to W for observation,
- Press (repeatedly) to G for Sense,
- Press (repeatedly) to B for your Needs,
- Press (repeatedly) at V for a request to yourself or another.

At every step you will be supported by a request for help and assistance lists of common observations, feelings, needs and requests. From this list you can select by repeatedly pressing the WGBV buttons or by turning the scroll wheel. The phrase that makes you so incrementally is continuously updated in the window so that it is always current.

In practice, this may look like this:
W: When I notice that my thoughts always go to the interview tomorrow,
G: Do I feel insecure
B: Because my need is not filled with confidence in my abilities.
Q: Do you every time those thoughts arise, dwell on the experience you have accumulated over the years?

- Press Save to save the sentence. Here you can also use the phrase as a (nonviolent) tweet on Twitter or connecting status update / shared message on LinkedIn.

The buttons at the bottom:
 - Press (repeatedly) GC to sharpen your intention and purpose to yourself or to establish another. You can also find more information about the background of NVC and creators, and send an email to the appmaster.
- Press Mail to your connection request (homemade feel GC format) to save the log and email it to yourself or another. An email will open and you can even customize the text and possible. copy to your blog to send him every day at a certain time to yourself.
- Press Log to scroll back through what you needed before and helped.
- Press Apps for more supporting apps gebaseerc on nonviolent communication.
- Press ? For an explanation of the buttons and to go back to the request for help with a WGBV button.
