With more than 600 tasks, you can test and train your knowledge of the training of trainers (AEVO) online or offline. The alphabetical glossary supports you in deepening your knowledge.

When selecting the questions, decide either on the short test tasks for the knowledge check or on the longer tasks, which begin with an initial situation and the indication of the number of correct solutions in analogy to the test tasks. Please note that these questions are not original exam questions. These are subject to confidentiality.

Choose between the training or test mode: In the training mode, only the correct answers are offered according to the flash card principle. In the test mode, you will receive an evaluation with a display of the correct and incorrect answers immediately after you have attempted a solution. At the end of the test, you will be asked if you want to repeat the incorrectly answered questions.

More than 600 tasks are divided into four fields of action in accordance with the Instructor Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO).

• Check training requirements and plan training,
• Prepare training and assist in hiring trainees,
• carry out training,
• Finish education

The tasks do not reflect the structure of the exam, which you can view on the DIHK-Bildungs-gGmbh website. The focus of the tasks in the app is to map the content of the framework plan as comprehensively as possible so that you gain confidence in dealing with the fields of action.

Since the beginning of 2022, the tasks in the app have been preceded by ordinal numbers so that you can better identify tasks if you want to take notes, exchange ideas with your lecturer or fellow learners or contact support.

The essentials in brief:
• Expand your knowledge: As with flashcards, only the correct answers are displayed for each task in the training area.
• Test your knowledge: In the test area you can expect compact tasks and more detailed tasks with the initial situation.
• You can compare the correct solution at a glance with your own attempted solution to determine the current state of knowledge.
• Learn specifically by selecting the fields of action. Or put the questions together across all fields of action.
• Deepen your knowledge with the help of the 400 glossary entries for all important terms relating to the AEVO.

"It's all a matter of setting":
You can decide for yourself how you want to learn via "Settings". In the test area you can choose between the power or sequence mode.

1. Power mode:

In this preset mode, the tasks for sustainable learning are presented to you again at certain intervals. The ones answered incorrectly more often than the ones answered correctly. The tasks are repeated until all have been answered correctly. You can set the intervals at which a task is presented to you and how many questions are offered per learning session. The power mode is preset when the app is first started, but can be changed to sequential mode at any time.

2. Order mode:

Here you have the option of working on the tasks specifically under test conditions. You can have the tasks presented to you in either a predefined or random order.

In order to have learning content and your results up to date on all your mobile devices, you can synchronize them by setting up a user account.
