In this post, I am going to show you how to install Company & Warehouse Management on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Company & Warehouse Management using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Company & Warehouse Management" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

-LOCAL UNIT: manage one or multiple warehouses or offices simultaneously.

-PRODUCTS: you can assign the BRAND, enter an IMAGE, the TYPE, the UNIT OF MEASURE and the BARCODE or QR CODE, which can be read from the camera or with manual entry, in the formats: EAN_13, EAN_8, UPC_A, UPC_E, AZTEC, CODE_39, CODE_93, DATA_MATRIX, ITF, PDF_417, RSS_14, RSS_EXPANDED, UPC_EAN_EXTENSION, CODABAR, QR_CODE, CODE_128.

--COMPANY: You can enter the various companies that administer warehouses or offices.

-INVOICES: you can create invoices immediate, accompanying, or of deposit for your customers, also with transform a quote

-VENDORS: you can enter vendors to be associated with products in warehouse, to send direct orders.

-IMAGE: you can associate to the products, to the companies, to the users and to the type di category the images taked via photo camera or from your gallery

-WAREHOUSE STOCK: you can manage the amount present with a touch thanks to the buttons +1, -1, + N, -N (also by reading barcodes) and you can edit more products simultaneously with the function SETTING multi selection.

-PRODUCTS IN EXHAUSTION: you can monitor the stocks under threshold by setting the value of the minimum quantity.

-REPORT: you can create in an instant LIST OF PRODUCTS, ORDER OF PRODUCTS IN WAREHOUSE, or ORDER for a specific VENDOR, the WAREHOUSE INVENTORY, LABELS BARCODE WITH PRICES, the TRANSITIONS OF STOCKS. In some reports you can be displayed graphically barcode formats: EAN_13, EAN_8, UPC_A, UPC_E.

-TRANSITIONS: you can view all transactions on product in the warehouse, as: an insertion of a product, a price change or a VAT either of purchase or sales, the change in the quantities present, or of the quantities alert or quantities of the order, or a change of a vendor: every movement is recorded in a transition that can be called by a specific function.

-E-MAIL: you can send PDF reports and EXCEL whitch you have generated and the backup files in some default addresses or to whoever you want.

- GOOGLE DRIVE: you can share reports generated on Google Drive

-BADGE: you can create business card of the inserted users in a pdf file.

-VISIT CARD: you can create the calling card of the inserted users in a pdf file.

-LETTERHEADED: you can create letterhead of the inserted companies in a pdf file.

-CUSTOMIZATION: you can set the currency symbol, the symbol of VAT and the date format dd/mm/yyyy (ie day/month/year es.31/12/2016) or yyyy/mm/dd (ie year/month/day es.2016/12/31).

-BACKUP AND RESTORE: you can save the database, the images and the documents stored and you can restore choosing from the list of backups, an old backup or you can send the files via email or you can share on Google Drive for added security.
