In this post, I am going to show you how to install LD Contacts & Appointments Pro on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install LD Contacts & Appointments Pro using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "LD Contacts & Appointments Pro" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

The aim of the APP is to simplify the management of your own contacts.

Additions to the contacts, such as additional information, date-related notes and planned appointments can be recorded in the APP.
All information collected with the APP is stored internally within the APP. There is no connection to the internet!

The advantage of the app is that I can manage groups in categories and thus map a "and/or" link between groups and contacts.

The following can be used as a search function:
- Group filter: a long press opens the selection dialog directly
- a> z: Jump to the first letter
- Filter: the input combination is filtered.

Settings can be used to switch the display from first name to last name to last name, first name

All information about a contact can be clearly printed out on a contact sheet.

A transfer of the contact appointments in the standard calendar can be activated (settings)

In the settings, the display can be adapted to your own needs, e.g. colors, text sizes, etc.

A distribution list for SMS or emails for a selected number of contacts (group filter) can be created and automatically transferred to the Android SMS or email program

The following rights are required:
- Read rights to the Android contact database
- Write access to the external memory (used to store the contact sheet, data backup and reports).
- Access rights to the calendar, if I also want to enter the dates here in the Android calendar.

The APP does not change any external data and can therefore be used without risk. Only the appointments that were created by the app are deleted from the central calendar.

You can export the data of the APP at any time, e.g. to transfer it to a PC. This was one of the reasons for developing this APP.
The export can be done as an SQL script (can be imported into MySQL, PostgreSQL, ...) or via CSV files (Excel).

In the PRO version, this SQL script can also be imported again. This makes it easy to import to a second android device.
