The app aims for providing best suitable functions for wool suppliers and brokers to do wool transaction and place orders.
For a wool broker, the app helps you to not only manage wool bale specifications and orders, also you can maintain your customer, staff and company profile in the app.
In the app, you can receive bale specifications, bale pick up and pack orders from wool suppliers. When a wool supplier sends a bale specification to you, your company’s office email will receive an email with the bale specification information in PDF file. When it is an order, you will get email messages with order detail information.
You can list all bale specifications for your company in the app. Filter function also is provided to help you only list the bale specifications you want.
The app provides you the functions to update bale specifications and record the latest status of the bale. Once you update a bale specification, the wool supplier will get notifications to tell them the latest bale status.
The way to manage orders you received is same as managing bale specifications. To keep your customer updated, the app has the features to let your customers know and track their orders’ status.
You can manage your own customers in the app and invite them to use the app for free. And their accounts can only have bale and order transactions with you.
In the app, you can manage the staff information in your company and create account for them to use the app. So that you can collaborate with your colleagues to improve your services and work performance.
The app has integrated with sale date, MyWTA of NZWTA (New Zealand Wool Testing Authority) and Wool Auction. Hence, you can view the information anytime anywhere.
Social media function is also available in the app that you can setup your Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin accounts in the app. Once setup, your customers and colleagues will be able to see your social feeds in the app.
For a wool supplier, you can send your bale specification to your wool broker through the app. Once you send it, you can track your bale status from when you send bale specification to your bale is sold. More better is that you will get notifications to tell you what stage your bales are when your bale status changed from your wool broker.
The bale specification function is designed to be able to store information on your phone without internet access. So, you can modify your bale specification any time before sending it your wool broker.
You also can find a wool broker in the app and request one broker to pick up your bale. The request form is very simple that you can send your request to your broker in a minute. Once you send request order, you can monitor your order status and get updated through the app.
We know you may just want to get some fadges and you can place an order to your broker for fadges. Furthermore, you can track your order status anytime.
