Step By Step Guide To Install VMA et distance using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

This application, developed by an EPS teacher, quickly calculates the distance a student must travel according to the duration of the race and the pace chosen with respect to his VMA.
Indicate with the first three sliders the duration of the event, the length of your track, and the distance between the intermediate tags placed on the course.
Choose the student's VMA using the fourth slider and the percentage of that VMA that he or she wants to run.
The application displays the distance to be traveled in meters or in the number of laps plus possible residual beacons for the project to be carried out.
No more tedious calculations! The pupil or the teacher visualizes directly on his smartphone the distance to be made according to the chosen project as well as the average running pace.
