Useful to those in the geo-spatial industry that collect or post-process GPS Base Station, GPS Rover, LiDAR data, etc.

Simple app to:

1) Get current GPS Time in GPS WEEK and GPS SECONDS OF WEEK format.
Example:
GPS Week: 2028
GPS Seconds of Week: 157,793.621
Converts to: 11/19/2018 13:49:53(UTC-6)

2)Convert to and from any arbitrary GPS Time (GPS WEEK and GPS SECONDS OF WEEK) to UTC.

3)Auto-detect device timezone and apply offset to converted times (e.g. UTC-5, etc).

I wrote this app because I could not find anything on the Play Store that could quickly convert GPS Time (Week, Seconds of Week). This is useful to people in the Geospatial industry. Those that use GPS base stations, post-process trajectories in Novatel Inertial Explorer, Trimble POSPAC, etc will find this tool very useful. If you want to know when a project was collected and you cannot trust the file date, or if you only have a GPS Time Stamp in Week+Seconds of Week format, then you can easily convert it to 24-hour UTC time

*I may apply leap second offsets at a later date, but for right now output times do not include leap seconds. One can apply the leap second offset themselves if needed (as of the time of this writing the leap second offset is 18 seconds. This will change in the future, but is easy enough to find online.)
