History of the School:
The FUTURO GENERACION FERNÁNDEZ, in its 15 years of existence, has well defined its values ​​and principles, providing the child with a climate of trust and pleasure, respecting their individualities and awakening their potential, forming autonomous, active and supportive citizens.
With adequate facilities for each phase of the child's development from Nursery to Early Childhood (0 to 5 years) and Elementary School, the set of actions and reduced number of students per class, results in an excellent level of learning.
In 2015, we began our participation with PROJECT UNO INTERNACIONAL, and together with UNESCO, we took responsibility for promoting the teaching and learning process based on the pillars of education: LEARNING TO BE, DOING, LEARNING, LEARNING and TRANSFORMING, being fundamental for a transformative education for the 21st century.
With this project we will provide an education that aims to develop bilingualism, so our classes will be in English and not English, with a CLIL methodology, our student will acquire the second language in a contextualized way, developing the four skills, reading, writing , listening and speaking English in a meaningful and fluent way.
The pedagogical work in Infant Education is based on affection and seeks the development of children in the physical, psychological, intellectual and social aspects. The educational process is dynamic, students are encouraged to participate actively in the classes, which have a methodology suitable for each age group.
The purpose of the proposal is to change the transmission paradigm to that of participation, allowing students to build their own understanding of values ​​and competencies, developing reasoning, imagination, critical and creative ability, a taste for aesthetics, art and reading , encouraging reflection on practice and research.
In happy and pleasant moments, children participate in playful-pedagogical activities, with interdisciplinary projects that help in the construction of knowledge, preparing them for the literacy process, which extends to Elementary School. They learn to exercise contextualized thinking the new information with reality in a natural way.
Students are encouraged to face new challenges, as it is at this stage that the necessary maturation takes place to efficiently incorporate the office of student with responsibility.
The Future Generation School seeks to stimulate identity, autonomy, self-confidence, self-confidence, tolerance, expression of wishes, reciprocity and responsibility, using dialogue as a basic rule for social interaction, prioritizing the quality of teaching and taking the parents as partners and in direct contact with the School.
It offers space for the headquarters of the NGO SOS PRAIAS and SUSTAINED DEVELOPMENT, the school also prepares the future generations for the sustainable development, orienting on the need of the preservation of the environment.
