Abdul Rahman al-Sudais was born in Saudi Arabia in 1382 AH, the center of the Anza tribe in Riyadh. He received his doctorate in Islamic Sharia in 1995 from Umm Al Qura University.

Abd al-Rahman al-Sudais knew the special tone in his voice, which he used with his kindness and his excellent recitation of the Holy Qur'an. After completing his studies, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais held a number of positions and positions. He was appointed as a lecturer at the Faculty of Sharia in Makkah. Al Sudais won the "Islamic Personality of the Year" award at the 9th session of the Dubai International Holy Quran Award in 1995. He has also participated in many religious conferences and conferences and has contributed to the establishment of a number of mosques and Islamic centers across the globe.
