WishToDoList on Windows Pc

Wish to do list is a reminder application to register the notes and position information.
"When I went over there and I want to ..."
"When I went over there, Let's ... while you're at it"
"I was a magazine, and I went near that shop, let's stop by"

[Basic Operation]

2. Acquisition interval of the current position

3. Notification range
