This app was designed to keep our autism spectrum disordered daughter on task.

Text to speech will announce the time remaining every five minutes. During the last five minutes, text to speech will announce the time remaining every one minute.

This is useful to snap our daughter out of "La La Land", and get her back on task.

This app does not yet use any wakelocks or alarms, but relies on the phone or tablet being always on. This works for us because we have a tablet that is always on mounted to the refrigerator. I may release a version with wakelocks and alarms if the app is popular enough and it is requested enough.
