Civil Block is a game of arranging blocks. Your task is to arrange all the blocks so that the entire playing area is filled with blocks. This puzzle is similar to the tetriz game that you often play. But compared to tetriz in this game there is an additional engineer who must also be moved so that all tetriz can be arranged.
