Step By Step Guide To Install Atendimento ARSESP using BlueStacks

Official application of ARSESP - Regulatory Agency for Sanitation and Energy of the State of São Paulo. In this application you can know the main users of the rights and duties of public basic sanitation services, gas and electricity, provided in the State of São Paulo, in addition to requesting information and register complaints about the services provided by regulated companies.

ARSESP is a special regime of authority, linked to the Secretariat of the State of São Paulo, created by Complementary Law No. 1,025, of December 7, 2007, and regulated by Decree No. 52455 of 07 December 2007, with order to regulate, control and supervise, in the State of São Paulo, the piped gas distribution services, and preserved the skills and local prerogatives, basic sanitation.
The Agency also operates, through delegation by ANEEL, the monitoring of electric power distribution, power plants and PCTs, located in São Paulo, and has an agreement of decentralization with the Sector Ombudsman ANEEL, being responsible for the processing of the recorded events the Ombudsman Management System - SGO.
