- Download the application, inform the number of your Unimed card and password used in SGUWEB.
If you do not have access to the SGUWEB system:
- Download the application and when making the first access, proceed with informing the number of your Unimed card and a contact e-mail. A message will be sent to the informed e-mail. In this email click on the link to register and create the access password.
