No more lost paperwork, forgotten documents or difficult handwriting – everything can be submitted instantly from your phone. Why spend money printing, filling and filing paperwork when you can do it in half the time from your phone? The service app will register your site details and automatically add your map location, and will complete all the necessary paperwork for you – just fill out our simple form! Need to attach images, videos, audio clips or notes? No problem – we’ve got you covered there too. You can even add calendar events for follow-up checks and events. And best of all, it’s all branded with your own company colours and logo – awesome!

Step 1 – Login

When you sign up, we’ll give each of your users a unique username, and ask you to set up your own password. These can be changed easily at any time should you forget them, so don’t worry too much! From now on you can use these details to login to your app!

Step 2 – Choose Your Problem

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll notice a selection of report types that are available. Simply click on the report which matches the job you’re doing. For example, If I’m out performing maintenance on site, I will choose the maintenance report.

Step 3 – Fill Out The Form

Once you have selected your report type, a form will appear asking you to fill out a few details. We have added a number of handy features to help speed up the process, such as tick boxes, drop-down menus, and number spinners to save you time. Some reports will require an image attachment, to make this job easier we have added buttons that allow you to capture and upload images to the report in seconds. Once you’re done, simply hit submit, and we’ll fill out and format all the documents for you in a PDF document with your company’s branding.

Step 4 – Add Attachments & Hit Send

Before you finally submit your paperwork, the app will let you add any videos or recordings, set any calender dates and make any notes you may wish to include. Once this is done, simply hit send, and all the necessary paperwork will be sent to the relevant people. Don’t worry if you’re in an area with no signal – it will store all your data until the next time you have signal. Easy!
