Not felt, this 2018 has been 20 years of reform. This is not a short range to evaluate the course of history. In the Opening of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia the ideals and objectives of this country were established. There are four ideals and goals. Very clear and firm. There are no multiple interpretations. We will never be tired of rereading. That is precisely the pillar of the barrier and fortress so that this country cannot deviate from the directing star and from the earth referring it.

The ideal is, First, to protect the entire Indonesian nation and all of Indonesia's bloodshed. Second, promoting public welfare. Third, the intellectual life of the nation. Fourth, participate in carrying out world order.

We may be proud of the successes achieved during the 20 years of reform. However, there is still a lot of homework to be done to realize the goal of the nation: sovereignty, justice and independence for the entire Indonesian people.

We must always remember, the principles of national life must not be lost when in direct conflict with various political realities. The principles of state life cannot be ignored for the benefit of a handful of elites. The principle of nation and state must put the will of the people above various group or group interests.

Entering the 73rd anniversary of Indonesia's independence, we carve a decisive history of the nation, namely the Legislative Election and Presidential Election held simultaneously in 2019. This historical journey is not only a test of democracy or a test of our nationality, but can be interpreted as an achievement in a democratic life.

The Presidential Election and Legislative Election should be the culmination of the maturity of our democracy after the implementation of the Simultaneous Local Election some time ago.

Now, after 73 years of independence, we must continue the spirit of the freedom fighters to work to fill independence, to work in reality to fulfill the promises of independence, and to work to realize social justice for all the people of Indonesia.

The days leading up to the 2019 election are the responsibility of history for us to rectify the direction of the ideals of an independent Indonesia. Therefore, we must do a deep reflection on national ideals. Responding again, whether the journey of our democracy has led the people to become sovereign masters on their own land. Stand on his own ideals.

Through this simple game, we invite the audience and the entire Indonesian people to jointly realize quality elections, namely elections that are direct, general, free, confidential, honest, fair and safe. This Presidential Election and Legislative Election is competition between us, between brothers, among fellow nationals.

Let's present a competition of ideas, ideas and national narratives, clean our air atmosphere from hate pollution. In the end the Indonesian people must be the ones who benefited the most. Whoever is elected must be a victory for the people of Indonesia. Because choices can be different, but our red and white are the same.
