Depending on the application of parameterization, technicians, whether internal or subcontractors can receive immediately the request, via the net, SMS, or email. In priority function the technician can initiate the intervention or schedule it.

Any user can user the mobile versions or desktop in seconds request interventions in their condos. Orders can be issued by themselves joint owners or registered by BackOffice.

- Permite gerar um relatório assinado pelo cliente dos pedidos concluídos;
- Ao Iniciar um pedido envia um aviso dos pedidos pendentes de onde se encontra o utilizador e dos pedidos na vizinhança. Isto é configurado nas configurações gerais na aplicação desktop.
