Step By Step Guide To Install MASSA Maritime using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. With implementation of STCW95, the Maritime Association of Ship owners Ship managers and Agents(MASSA) group of companiesand the Maritime Training and Research Foundation (MTRF) felt there is need to set up own institute to caterto increased training demands.
According MASSA Training Centre (MTC) was established at Fort,Mumbai.It was inaugrated on 20th February 1999 by Capt S S Naphade,(the Nautical Advisor to Govt.of India).

MASSA Maritime Academy
Subsequently it was realised that there was a need to establish a world class quality Post-Sea training for both Nautical and Engineering streams at reasonable cost.With this objective,MASSA Maritime Academy (MMA) was established in 2001 at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.It was inaugrated on 2nd June 2001 by Shri D T Joseph(The Director General of Shipping), and the deeply appreciated the Vision and Mission of the academy
