The cultural association Elmo was born with the attempt to create a valid body of stress and cultural dynamism. And 'an institution that, inspired by the idea of culture as a public and collective, as well social, contributes to the overall social and civil growth of the whole bell communities through the implementation and management of cultural and educational services.
