In this post, I am going to show you how to install 来电拦截 | 骚扰拦截 | Call Block | Blacklist on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. This is an application that helps you hang up the phone quickly. It is not a real system interception. In general, the caller will hear a half-tone tone.
Temporary support for intercepting text messages (normal access is not a good implementation).
Need to enable a front-end service (only used to get the caller status, do not like to always display an interface, so make a service form).
Note that this app may need to be excluded from the battery management list!
This app does not have any unrelated permission requirements.

Requested permission description:
READ_PHONE_STATE: The service component will only execute interception logic when the phone state changes and is in the incoming call state;
CALL_PHONE: The permission required to hang up the phone call;
READ_CALL_LOG & READ_CONTACTS: Used to select a contact or call history when adding or modifying a rule;
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : used for data backup and recovery;
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: The service component of this application is a front-end service, visible to the user, this permission is required, but there are some modified versions of the system for the front-end service without notification.

Description of the privacy policy:
The permissions requested by this application are only used for basic function implementation, and do not collect private data. The intercepted calls are not saved. The application does not have network access rights. Because sensitive permissions are involved, the privacy policy must be declared.
