Step By Step Guide To Install Relibion Temp Management using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

This is the only application that offers a COMPLETE Human Resource Management solution on a smartphone app. Though we do have a web interface also of this application (www.relibion.com) but you don't need to visit the web application and you can manage all your HR-related functionalities from the phone app itself.
This HRMS software is a bundle of 3 Apps:
1. E Set up App
2. Management App
3. Employee App.
The 1st and foremost app is our E-setup app, through which you activate your subscription and give access rights to use other 2 apps (The Management app & The Employee app). All these 3 Apps work through the same account & through the same license key.
The E-Setup app is designed for Owners / Founders or v. senior Management of the Co. and is focused on setting up of the initial Co. policies.
Through this app user can:
1. Add branches and all other company details.
2. Define Departments & Designations
3. Declare leave types & fix leave rules
4. Declare multiple working shifts
5. Declare multiple lists of holidays
6. Add New employees & remove employees.
7. fix and alter staff salaries and allowances.
8. Add all identification details of employees including details of govt. Issued identification documents.

As the name suggests the E-setup app is for fixing all initial setup things, whereas, the Management app is the daily usage app. It is designed for monitoring the staff and running the normal co. operations on daily basis. Through this app user can:
1. Monitor the daily arrival and departure timings of employees
2. The software automatically analyses the whole month's data and calculates the exact average IN and average OUT time of each employee.
3. Receive & approve leave applications.
4. Receive and approve the reimbursement claims of employees.
5. View positions of the field staff throughout the day.
6. Give incentives & issue green stars, charge penalties & issue red stars to employees.
7. Process payrolls of all employees together, in one single click.
8. Record salary payment details.
9. View all types detailed of Reports.
10. You can also email all reports to your email ID.
11. No need to save numbers of your employees on your phone book, you can call employees directly through the app.
The Employee app is designed to meet all requirements of an employee. The app automatically compares the present GPS location of the employee with the nearest branch and if it finds that the employee is within the radius of 15 meters from the branch then it automatically marks the location as: 'Detected within 15 mtrs of the branch' and also approves the marked attendance automatically, otherwise attendance is put up to HR manager for approval.
Through this app, the employees can:
1. Mark their attendance through this app.
2. Along with the attendance the field Employees can keep updating their positions unlimited times during a day.
3. Apply for leaves.
4. Can view their list of already availed leaves & balance leaves.
5. Can view their list of holidays.
6. Can claim reimbursement bills.
7. Can also create and manage the running bills.
8. View their incentives, green stars, penalties & red stars.
9. Can view complete salary details with complete break-ups.
10. Can view Tel directory and can also call the fellow employees directly from the app.
