We offer help with back pain in our clinics across London. We have developed unique technology to help our patients understand their pain and tackle it, through a series of structured plans.

The Back to Health patient app stores your records and information so that you can access your X-Rays and measurements, and share it with your GP or your family as you like. When a practitioner prescribes exercises specifically for you, the app reminds you to do them and there are videos to show you how. You can track your pain levels and your medication, so that over time we can work with you to stop the damage getting any worse, relieve pain and aim to reduce the pain medication you take.

We have also developed the world's first Virtual Reality Spine Experience, available in all the Back to Health London clinics. We use your X-Rays and assessment to map your alignment and spinal damage to our model, so that you can see your issues in fully immersive 3D. We have found that this helps patients to see their issues and understand them, often for the first time.

We are passionate about patient empowerment and education, and this technology is designed to help our patients in every way possible. Call 0207 000 1728 or email gethelp@bthcc.co.uk to book. You can even arrange a callback with our lead Chiropractor to learn more and find out if it's for you.
