Purpose: To calculate and graphically demonstrate the correct change to return to your customer.

Cashier’s Friend PRO is the simplest and most accurate tool to learn the correct change. Its graphical interface shows you the amount of each bill and coin that should be given back to your customer. If you don’t have the right bills or coins, you can simply click the button next to the bill or coin you don’t have and then the app recalculates the change to return and will show you what you need to give back in the next highest denomination. It even has a tip calculator built in so you know how much the grand total will be when you add a tip.

Like the original version of Cashier’s Friend, in addition to seeing how many coins you should give and/or will get back, Cashier’s Friend PRO graphically shows you how many of each denomination of bills and/or coins to give back or get back.

Using Cashier’s Friend PRO is a very simple 4 Step process.

1. Enter the amount of the bill
2. Enter the change you are giving back towards the bill or getting back.
3. Then tap the calculate button
4. Hit the "Reset" button to start over again. It's that simple.

THAT’S IT!

Here’s how it works. For example (Let’s go on the high side of a total bill). Let’s say the total bill is $426.56. You give $1000 towards the bill. You should get back $573.44. Cashier’s Friend PRO will show the total amount you will get back.

Bills: 5 - $100 bills, 1 - $50 bill, 2 - $20 bill, 0 - $10 bills, 0 - $5 bills, 3 - $1 bills

Coins: 1 - Quarter, 1 – Dime, 1 - Nickel, 4 – Pennies
