* Getting Started: After downloading Crewvent and signing up, simply open the app and post your event.


* Post your Crewvent: Provide the name of the event (Malaya's Birthday Bash), Date (09.17.2017), # of people (20) attending, projected final budget ($1,500) and make an initial minimum contribution to go live ($ 20.00)


* Share your Crewvent: After posting your event share it with the Crew. This allows the Crew to make contributions towards the budget IF they want to. By pooling Crew funds together, the Crew can leverage their collective spending power to receive the best offers and value for the event rather than spending individually.


* Receive Offers: The Crew will receive special offers from top area venues to host their event. The offers will contain unique access, benefits, privileges and value for the Crew.


* Award your Crewvent: IF an offer is selected, the Crew will award the event and release the collected funds to the wining venue PRIOR to the event date.


* Event Date: Crew arrives, skip the line, enter through a VIP entrance, your Crew's name and logo in lights, escorted to your private table or section with your first drinks already waiting for you. This isn't just another night out, its special, its a Crewvent.

* Awards Program: With Crewvent, our members create Crews by giving them a name, logo and of course adding members to the line up. Our Crews activity is quantified and given a "Crew Score". This Crew Score is a total based upon that Crews cumulative activity on Crewvent. Basically the more the Crew awards on Crewvent, the higher their score. The Crews with the highest 10 scores in each city will be that city's (you guessed it) "Top 10". Crews that make the Top 10 will gain access to exclusive events, Crew discounts and sponsorship.
