Attendrone description
The faster and simple way to use android/IOS mobile phone/iBeacon or manually take attendance, it can help you take 1000+ attendance within one minute, you can import the user list into the App by using email, Dropbox, Google Drive, WhatsApp and many other ways. And export the attendance list to your email, Dropbox, Google Drive, WhatsApp, wechats and so on.

The simple class management features help you manage your class easily. You can separate the class base on the schedule type. The app will automatically help you filter out the class base on the particular day of week, this will allow you start the class quickly.

Quick Class feature : if you want to take attendance quickly without creating the class room or user, you can use Quick class feature to start the class immediately, the quick class will take all users from mobile phone using Attendrone app, and you can choose to filter out the user by color code. This is the faster and simple way to take attendance for the mobile users. Once the quick class finish, you can choose whether to add the user into your user list.


The App is fully offline and no Internet needed, the app use Mobile Phone or iBeacon (Bluetooth) to mark the attendance, the App used bluetooth to transmit the data in between the phone. If the user using the mobile phone, the app will used the username to identify the user


There are two user types in the App, the admin and user type, and you can switch in between these two user types.

For the security, you may wonder, if the user change their username and help other users mark attendance, you can turn on the security feature from the class, from the user side they have to turn on the security to lock down their username. Likewise they will not be able to change their username anymore.
