For working people in need of taking charge of their physical body’s postural alignment, including sense of their inner space and physical organisation in their body. First step is simple, just – go walk. While simply walking, in simple steps, gWalk educates intrinsic movements and spatial organization of human structure dynamics. Its basic tools are body and gravity. As app, it provides point to point directions how to use existing anatomy for physical recovery, in support of physiology and supported structure. It empowers awareness of continues movement, connection, balance, and organization. When gWalk educates empowerment, it relates to feeling actual power, experienced as force in velocity, as mass acceleration at speed, as bounce, as work overtime – as simple experience of body in organised movement. In walk. By providing weekly instructions, applicable by any type of movement, gWalk educates about plasticity of human structure, its adaptive capacity to transform, to store and release energy, to reorganize and be efficient, more connected – as it builds its own form, building blocks that makes us stronger and more supported. Walk is what we do every day anyways, and what makes this app easy to use. It aims to follow up and continues on what walk already did for human evolution, and to give users control of their own body along their everyday movement. This can be often neglected through extend mental activity and long working hours at the desk. But gWalk can bring you back to your body, as it provides instructions on how to come out and avoid compressions and pain in joints, by bringing back space against constrains and extensions against pressures in body and its joints. gWalk brings ease to body, which brings ease to mind.

What makes gWalk different:
1. Unique as only of it’s kind – simply always accessible whenever walking, indoor or outdoor.
2. Provides experience for empirical knowledge, empowering ownership, rather than just information.
3. Educates body’s structural form and active forces organising its efficiency.
4. Appropriate for all levels and ages.
