Designed for the Google Cardboard, Durovis Dive, and other virtual reality headsets.

PLEASE NOTE:
This app is still in Beta, which means that it may not all work properly yet. If you find problems please email us at “virtualtabernacle@gmail.com”.

This is a virtual reality tour of the Tabernacle in the Bible (see Exodus 25-27). It was a portable temple built of silver, gold, wood, and expensive cloth. It was a beautiful building made out of the most expensive materials available. In today’s currency it would probably be valued at about $100,000,000.00! It was a place for God to dwell among His people so His presence could be near them.

So we have tried to create a simulation of this beautiful building in virtual reality for mobile phone based headsets.

This app is meant for people who have a Google Cardboard, or other mobile based virtual reality headset. If you do not have a virtual reality headset yet, you can get one online for very cheap. The only other thing you need is a modern Android phone, and you're ready to experience the Tabernacle in virtual reality!

Instructions for use:
* Just pull the magnet on your headset, or touch the screen, to start or stop moving. You can also use a game controller or keyboard to move around (but please be aware that the directional controls are not yet working like they are intended.)
* To enter the Tabernacle, just walk through the curtain at the entrance. You can also walk through the second curtain into the Most Holy Place.

For more information about the Tabernacle and it’s meaning, or to download version 2.0 for desktop PC and Oculus Rift, please visit www.VirtualTabernacle.com.

(Again, please note, this app is in beta, which means it may not all work properly yet, and it is the first app I have ever made. I just started using the Unity engine a few weeks ago. So please don’t be too critical if you find problems. :-) But please do email me at virtualsanctuary@gmail.com and tell me about any issues you encounter and I will try to fix them!)
