The application acts as a new tool, designed to mobile technology, can ensure effective communication, immediate and constant between the public administrator and the citizen.

Not only communication, but also the interaction of citizens and tourists, through the different features that will be examined in detail during the course of the technical report.

Through the mobile device the citizen can make use, at all times and especially in any place, of useful information on the administration of the municipal cities, the most active associations in the area, the commercial activities of the area and the most interesting cultural events.

The citizen in addition to getting real-time information, will geo-localize its position with regard to various points of interest which is rich town of Rosolina Mare and calculate the fastest route to reach them; not only information and geolocation, but also specific content that relate to the point that has attracted the interest of the citizen or the tourist which will be discussed later and in detail (effective territorial marketing).

Albarella is a private island located in the south of Venice in the Veneto region of the Po Delta Park; It is connected to the mainland by a bridge, and measures 5 km long and 1.5 m wide. Its name comes from the white poplar, "Populus Alba", which is part of the 150 different species of trees covering 528 hectares of the island
