In this post, I am going to show you how to install BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Play BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "BUGS! BUGS! BUGS!" icon on the home screen to start playing, it'll work like a charm :D

BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! consists of 7 levels of intense, bug smashing fun! Each level introduces a new type of creepy bug. Bug spray, fly swatters and fire (KILL THEM WITH FIRE!!!) will aid you in the battle against the creepy crawlies.

We will be releasing new levels with new bugs (AND new weapons to fight them... don't worry, we're on your side!) in the future. Stay tuned!!!

Watch out as bugs will do everything they can to land on your phone and tablet! Are you brave enough to get close to the bugs and smash them? Or will you cower in fear and avoid their jumping and spitting venom and webs?

It's up to you to survive!

Each wave should get progressively harder as the player successfully survives each onslaught and new bugs are introduced. Keep a special eye out for the Giant Centipede!

It's ok if you end up (gently) placing your phone or tablet away from you screaming "NOPE! NOPE! NOPE!"

NOTES:
- Tutorials will be improved and refined; we have to balance the text on the screen with the action, so this will be ongoing through release.
- The perimeter detection is going to be revised quite a bit. We're happy with the results you can get (if you are in a well lit, but not too bright area and hold the device still), however, we're still coming up with the ideal "minimum" and "maximum" areas we want you to play on. WARNING: If you click OK without defining a perimeter, the game will hang (this will be addressed in the next build).
- Not all bugs are currently tuned or unlocked for playing (we will gradually introduce them)
- The assets have NOT been fully optimized (only partially), so performance might be a bit sluggish until we address this.
- Some levels are difficult; but this is on purpose. We'd like to know what levels you think are too easy and which ones you think are too hard! It should be noted that we DO ramp up the difficulty quite quickly (yes, we want you to be scared by the hordes of bugs we'll throw at you!)
- Google Game Services (save game, achievements and leaderboards) will be up soon!
- The current build is English only, but the other localized languages are set up. We're waiting to finalize the tutorials before we enable them.
- With a lot of changes to architecture of the Tango API, a number of issues have been introduced that we know about. We plan on addressing them ASAP! Please let us know about crashes or hangs that make the game unplayable (or cause it to quit without prompting).
- This game WILL be ad-supported, but will remain free (unless you want to remove the ads... then you'll pay a minimal fee).
