The New Generation Fm radio was born when the teacher and pastor Jaider Rodrigues Gonçalves, took the initiative to invest in a radio communication award in Piedade de Caratinga, a city until then little had just become independent of the city of Caratinga. During 14 years together partners who were given up this work just for the delay by the outcome of the concession. So in 2014, the majority shareholder of Jaider Rodrigues Gonçalves station, can release to starting work, along with a qualified team of Elio Carmo Soares, former announcer're so famous Sistec communication network and Claudio Soares, former technical editor in it, formed the team that works today bringing information to all regions around Piedade de Caratinga, leaving the farmer, workers housewives and all who listen to radio, informed of everything that happens in the region and the world .
