You will be asked some questions about your situation, and then you will be given some log-on details. Simply answer the questions, log on, and you will be given your tailored housing advice. You can then go through the advice and choose which actions you would like to take. All of the actions are designed to help you to decide what to do next so that you can keep your current home or find new accommodation before you become homeless – that might be to take some action yourself or get some help and advice from elsewhere.

If your situation is an emergency, or you are already homeless, MyHOME is not the best route – you should contact your local Council for advice.
